Thomas’s first project in the area, the building hovers over the treetops of Sara D. Roosevelt Park and is composed of fourteen bespoke 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, including a pair of sublime 6-bedroom penthouses with large terraces, and one with a private roof terrace that includes a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and plunge pool. Residences were designed to evoke a strong sense of warmth and belonging, blending a curated collection of organic elements to enhance timeless layouts that maximize space and natural light.
Features include double height 18’3” ceilings in duplex living areas, designer-selected European wide-plank oak floors, oversized double-pane windows with eastern and western exposure, laundry closets or rooms per plan with an externally-vented Whirlpool washer/dryer, energy-efficient multi-zone heating and cooling, Rift Sawn oak closets, and wainscoted powder rooms. Kitchens are equipped with Desert Quartzite countertops and backsplash, custom white oak cabinets with tempered bronze glass, Dornbracht fixtures, and a suite of high-end fully-integrated appliances from Miele and Sub-Zero. Most of the homes come with private outdoor space.
The building has a full-service amenities package that includes a custom designed 24-hour attended lobby, private storage, bicycle and package rooms, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
